My final idea uses natural light to create shadowy effects in the room. These shadows are projected onto the walls, floor and screens placed in the boatshed. The holes in the roof have different shapes and heights to create different amounts of light through, at different times of the day. My idea is attempting to mimic the feeling of being underneath a tree canopy in an orchard.
